"National Milk Source Poverty Alleviation Project" is a public welfare project supported and managed by China Children's Charity Relief Foundation and Beijing Lianci Health Poverty Alleviation Foundation, aiming at providing milk powder for infants in poor areas. At present, our city is implementing the "National Dairy Poverty Alleviation Project" service project.
Funding objectives and standards:
(1) Target and standard of full funding: On the basis of advocating breastfeeding, focusing on the infant families lacking breastfeeding among poverty-stricken households in Lika, provide 12 cans of high-quality domestic infant formula (296 yuan, 900g per can) free of charge for infants aged 7 to 36 months, and donate for a total of 3 years; Automatically quit after 36 months.
(II) Object and standard of public welfare subsidy: According to the fund-raising situation of the Foundation, differential subsidies will be given to infants who have no or insufficient breast milk for 7 to 36 months in this city (that is, subsidies will be given according to two thirds of the market price of 296 yuan), and the self-funded part will be implemented according to each can of 98 yuan, so as to provide high-quality infant formula for the children of these families. In principle, a family receives no more than 4 cans per month.
