(2) Cases of deforestation;

(3) Cases of illegal occupation of forest land;

(4) cases of illegal acquisition of illegal logging and deforestation;

(five) cases of illegal transportation of illegal logging and deforestation;

(six) cases of illegal logging and destruction of plants under special state protection in precious trees;

(seven) cases of illegal acquisition, transportation, processing and sales of plants and their products under special state protection in precious trees;

(eight) cases of smuggling rare plants and rare plant products;

(9) Arson cases refer to cases in which forests or other trees are deliberately set on fire;

(10) Cases of negligent burning of forests or other trees in fire cases;

(1 1) cases of looting by gathering people and looting trees;

(12) Cases of destruction of production and operation, cases of intentional destruction of machinery and equipment used for afforestation, afforestation, forest protection and timber production, or cases of destruction of forestry production and operation by other means;

(13) Illegal hunting and killing of rare and endangered terrestrial wild animals;

(14) Illegal acquisition, transportation and sale of rare and endangered terrestrial wildlife and rare and endangered terrestrial wildlife products;

(15) illegal hunting cases;

(16) Case of smuggling precious terrestrial wildlife and terrestrial wildlife products;

(17) Cases of illegal business operation, cases of buying and selling business license documents such as forestry and terrestrial wildlife import license, export license, re-export license and import and export certificate of origin approved by state organs;

(18) Forge, alter or buy official documents and certificates of state organs, forge, alter or buy import and export certificates of trees and terrestrial wildlife, import and export certificates of origin, hunting license, special hunting and catching licenses, domestication and breeding licenses, tree cutting licenses, timber transportation licenses, forest, forest land ownership certificates, letters of approval for requisition or occupation of forest land, afforestation funds and other payment vouchers approved by state organs.

(19) In theft cases, for the purpose of seeking economic benefits, stealing trees owned by the state, collectively owned and cut down by others, stealing scattered trees planted in front of others' houses and private plots, illegally collecting seeds, taking fat, digging bamboo shoots, digging roots and peeling, or stealing terrestrial wild animals under special state protection or their products;

(twenty) robbery cases, robbery cases of land wildlife and its products under special state protection;

(2 1) cases of looting, cases of looting of terrestrial wildlife under special state protection or their products;

(22) Among the cases of harboring, transferring, purchasing and selling stolen goods, there are cases of illegal felling of trees and land wildlife or its products under special state protection.
