Sequoia is reddish brown in color, because the woody part of Sequoia is mainly reddish brown. Sequoia is a Larix of Pinaceae, distributed in China and Nepal. In China, it is distributed in southern Gansu and the upper reaches of Minjiang River Basin in Sichuan, Jinchuan River Basin, Dawu, Ganning to Kangding and other places, with a small amount in southwest China. Likes sunshine, has strong adaptability, can resist dry and cold weather and poor soil environment, and can be born in the upper limit of vertical distribution of forests. It grows rapidly in the hillside area with cool climate, deep soil layer, fat and good drainage, and is suitable for afforestation in the distribution area.
