Eligible applicants log in to official website of China Red Cross Foundation, fill in and submit the electronic version of the Application Form for Little Angel Fund, download and print the Application Form (in duplicate), and then apply to the Red Cross Society at or above the county level for help, and submit the following materials:

(a) the applicant's application for help (indicating the family economic situation, the treatment of children and the applicant's detailed contact information);

(2) a copy of the household registration book;

(three) a certificate of family economic status issued by the people's government at or above the township (town) and the management institution at or above the city street office in rural areas;

(4) The first bone marrow puncture inspection report, relevant inspection report and disease diagnosis certificate issued by a medical institution with the qualification of blood disease diagnosis and treatment.

I. Application conditions

Legal guardians of children from poor leukemia families aged 0 ~ 14 in China can apply for "Little Angel Fund".
