Legal analysis: Fuzhou's eight-level industrial injury compensation standards include: 1, one-time disability allowance salary X 1 1 month; 2, a one-time medical subsidy for work-related injuries, 0.3 months of my salary every full year; 3. One-time disability employment subsidy: 0.3 months' salary is paid every year; 4. Other expenses are determined according to the actual situation. It should be noted that if the one-time work-related injury medical subsidy and one-time disability employment subsidy for employees with level 8 work-related injuries are less than 10 month, they will be paid according to 10 month. If the labor contract expires or the employee himself proposes to terminate the labor contract, the employer shall pay a one-time medical subsidy for work-related injuries and a one-time disability employment subsidy to the employee according to the average monthly salary of the employees in the overall area when the labor contract is terminated or terminated. If the labor and employment contracts of disabled employees with Grade 8 are terminated or the labor relationship with the employer is terminated according to law, in addition to enjoying the basic old-age insurance benefits or death, the industrial injury insurance fund will pay the one-time medical subsidy for work-related injuries, and the employer will pay the one-time disability employment subsidy to terminate the industrial injury insurance relationship.

Legal basis: Article 37 of the Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance, employees who have been identified as being disabled from Grade 7 to Grade 10 due to work-related injuries shall enjoy the following benefits:

(a) according to the level of disability from the industrial injury insurance fund to pay a one-time disability allowance. The criteria are: level 7 disability 13 months, level 8 disability 1 1 month, level 9 disability for 9 months and level 10 disability for 7 months;

(two) the expiration of the labor employment contract, or the employee himself proposes to terminate the labor employment contract, the industrial injury insurance fund pays a one-time medical subsidy for work-related injuries, and the employer pays a one-time disability employment subsidy. Specific standards for one-time medical subsidies for work-related injuries and one-time disability employment subsidies shall be formulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
