Therefore, it is illegal for the industry committee to purchase charging piles with public maintenance funds.
Maintenance funds shall be provided by the owners monthly or quarterly in accordance with the standards stipulated by the state, and shall be handed over to the manager entrusted or designated by the owners' committee for safekeeping, and a special maintenance fund account shall be set up for special purposes.
