The Sunflower Fund can be approved as soon as 4 days after acceptance. The Sunflower Children’s Medical Assistance Fund (Sunflower Fund) was established on October 27, 2012. It is a joint venture between Zhejiang Radio and Television Group 107 City Voice and Zhejiang Youth Development Foundation.
