Yes Project Hope is a public welfare undertaking initiated by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the China Youth Development Foundation on 1989, aiming at helping out-of-school children in poor areas, helping them to return to school and improving the conditions for running schools in rural areas. According to the inquiry of Heilongjiang Public Welfare Network, the Provincial Hope Project Donation Center and the Provincial Youth Foundation officially issued a document on May 5, 2023, namely the Notice on Implementing the "Golden Autumn Student Aid" Project of the Communist Youth League in 2023, and continued to cooperate with the Youth League committees at all levels in the province to carry out the Hope Project student aid activities.
