If the house is lost, the maintenance fund can be refunded. Special housing maintenance funds refer to funds earmarked for the maintenance, renewal and transformation of residential parts and facilities after the expiration of the warranty period, and shall not be used for other purposes. If the house is lost due to demolition or other reasons, the balance of special maintenance funds shall be returned to the owner. Owners can hold their identity documents, real estate license cancellation certificates and other materials, to the city management agencies for personal account cancellation procedures, to withdraw the remaining money.

The loss of housing, in accordance with the following provisions, the return of residential special maintenance funds:
(1) Return the balance in the sub-ledger of residential special maintenance funds to the owners;
(two) the book balance of residential special maintenance funds deposited by the selling unit is returned to the selling unit; If the selling unit does not exist, it shall be confiscated from the state treasury at the same level according to the financial affiliation of the selling unit.
