(1) Obtaining the qualification of fund practice;
(2) Having more than 3 years experience in securities investment management.
(3) Without the permission of the Company Law, the Securities Investment Fund Law and other laws and administrative regulations, he shall not be a director, supervisor, manager or fund employee of the company;
(4) Having a good record of good faith and professional ethics, and having not been subject to administrative punishment by the regulatory departments of securities, banking, insurance and other industries and the administrative departments of industry and commerce and taxation in the last three years;
(5) Having passed the examination on legal knowledge of securities investment for fund managers organized by the Association.
(6) Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

When a fund management company (hereinafter referred to as the company) hires or dismisses a fund manager, it shall go through the formalities of appointment registration (hereinafter referred to as registration), change registration (hereinafter referred to as change) and resignation cancellation (hereinafter referred to as cancellation) of the fund manager in a timely manner in accordance with these Rules. The company shall not employ persons who have not completed registration, change or cancellation in accordance with these rules as fund managers or change the positions of fund managers.
Fund managers should establish the concept of long-term, steady and responsible for fund share holders, and be diligent and conscientious, and their practices should conform to the obligations stipulated in the Fund Contract and the relevant requirements of laws and regulations for fund investment managers.
China Securities Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) is responsible for the registration, alteration and cancellation of fund managers.
The Company is responsible for submitting the application materials required for the registration, alteration and cancellation of fund managers, and ensuring the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the application materials. The person applying for registration, change or cancellation shall ensure that the personal information provided to the company where he works is true, accurate and complete.
