Founded in 1992, Fengdu Middle School in Shixing County is named in memory of Zhang Jiuling, a famous poet in Tang Dynasty who was born in Shixing more than 300 years ago, and the famous Fengdu Brigade in the history of the Anti-Japanese War in Shixing County. It is a county-level junior high school with multi-system and comprehensive development. The school is committed to the reform of education and teaching, breaking the traditional mode of running a school, taking creative education as a breakthrough, comprehensively promoting quality education, and gradually forming a school-running pattern combining junior high school, juvenile military academy and technical school. Fengdu Middle School is located at the southern foot of Fengdan Mountain in Shixing County. 1992, the county party committee and government established "Fengdu Middle School" in memory of the great Zhang Jiuling and the great Zhang Fakui who fought against Japan, "keeping in mind the origin of the revolution and cultivating the elites of future generations". 1999 was expanded with a donation of 20 million yuan from Hong Kong Mingyuan Fund Co., Ltd., and Mr. Fok Yingdong, then vice chairman of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, personally wrote the name of the school.
