Do domestic securities companies need English translation?
I work in a listed company in NYSE, and I am responsible for telling you that financial translation and securities are well combined, especially when China enterprises begin to turn to foreign-related enterprises in large numbers. However, it is not a domestic securities company. Domestic securities companies do not need translation because they have no foreign-related business. I think you have two main directions at present:

1. Senior management of overseas listed companies/secretary of the board of directors/members of the listing work, etc. From high to low, look at your ability. Generally speaking, they start from the members of the working group on listing, and the work is highly paid. I suggest you learn the basic knowledge of securities and issuance first, and then gradually understand the relevant overseas securities market. )

2. Branches/offices of overseas institutions in China, such as IR companies, investment banks, brokers, financial consultants, venture capital funds, PE, etc. (It is recommended to take CFA first. This kind of overseas institutions mainly need CFA qualification and some financial knowledge. )

This is the last choice for domestic audit firms engaged in foreign-related business, because it looks glamorous on the surface, but it is actually very angry and risky.

I hope it helps. No matter what industry you are engaged in, I think you must do your homework first. I wish you success!
