the first part? Listen to the big coffee teacher's speech
A few days ago, in our school of economics and management, the educational administration teacher sent a notice of the high-quality development forum of China enterprises, thinking that Sunday was just free, and arrived at the scene at nine o'clock in the morning. I thought there would be a lot of people at the scene, but after that, I only saw two of my classmates, and the others were strange faces. There are about a dozen students, others are teachers, and there are also more than a dozen people. In addition, two or three journalists have come with the set-up equipment. One is a reporter from the Beijing News and the other is a reporter from the Economic Information Daily. On the morning of Monday, five big coffee teachers were arranged to give speeches, and one of them probably had 25 minutes.
? At first, Mr. Xiang, deputy director of the Enterprise Research Institute of the State Council Development Research Center, reviewed all the enterprise classifications in China, as well as the situation of various enterprises affected by policies, the gradual promotion of private enterprises in the medium term, and the transformation of foreign-funded enterprises from super-national treatment to gradual transition to ordinary enterprise treatment. Due to time constraints, the other party said that only one-third of them were talked about. There is a time reminder next to such a conference. Although the speaker doesn't want to, when the time is running out, Teacher Xiang has to end it quickly.
? The second speaker was President Wang, Vice President of Capital University of Economics and Business. President Wang is said to have graduated from Nankai University. Mainly talking about marketing innovation and development: research status and future prospects. I used to study marketing, which is a little basic. In his speech, Mr. Wang listed a number of teaching materials, such as consumer behavior, customer relationship, service marketing, marketing, etc. These are professional courses in marketing and are no strangers to me. Teacher Wang listed the 7 years of service marketing and the development of enterprise marketing in the last 4 years, mainly from the strategic point of view to explain how marketing should be done in the contemporary era. It lists the major universities that do marketing, such as Nankai University, Tsinghua University, People's Congress, Fudan University and Wuhan University.
? After the two speeches, there was a tea break for 15 minutes. Outside the meeting room, a waiter prepared some fruits, cakes and coffee, with milk tea and teaspoons beside the mid-term coffee. Some teachers or classmates are chatting with each other. After tea break, a second round of speech will be given.
The third speaker is Mr. Fan, Dean of School of Economics and Management, Beihang University, whose topic is the transformation path of regional ceremony system facing carbon neutrality. Teacher Fan starts with the general concept of carbon neutrality, and then talks about the countermeasures of various power systems in China under this background. In addition, the ceremony transformation mode in North China is highlighted. These major policies are the result of the understanding of the business, scientific and technological circles, the public and the joint efforts of the political circles. For unstable energy sources such as nuclear energy, solar energy and wind energy, how to access the existing power system is a problem. In addition, China's overall electricity efficiency and environmental protection level are actually a little behind developed countries such as Europe and America. How to upgrade, at the same time, we should consider both carbon emissions and the cost of actual transformation faced by enterprises. Dean Fan is not young, and he can still be active in the academic front line, which is admirable. According to Teacher Wang Yonggui, Dean Fan Ying is her senior sister, and both of them graduated from Nankai University.
? The fourth lecture was given by Wu Yajun, a professor of Guanghua management at Peking University. The topic was the development of strategic leadership of enterprises in the new era from the leading model of Huawei's business model. Teacher Wu's research has both theoretical height and historical thinking. It lists a lot of Huawei's original documents and materials, and the mid-term interpretation of Mr. Ren Zhengfei's ideological strategy is relatively clear, which makes people see Ren Zhengfei's corporate thinker and philosopher. In particular, the gray-scale management mentioned in the mid-term is more like the management thought bred by China's local thoughts, as well as the theory of integrating dialectics and contradiction, which I personally feel is very useful. At present, some business schools will also offer the management thoughts in China's traditional cultural thoughts, but it seems that there are not many practical significance and theoretical discussions. Perhaps business schools should also offer some philosophy courses to train students' dialectical thinking methods, instead of learning pure western-style theoretical tools.
the fifth place is the strategic management of enterprises facing the digital economy: system, ability and cognition, which was taught by Jiao Hao, a teacher of our school. As for the digital economy, I have heard other teachers talk about related topics before, and I have paid more attention to them, so I am not so unfamiliar with the content of the speech. After listening, I feel that there is still something worth discussing about some graphic models in the interim.
the second part? Dining with more than a dozen doctoral students
? At noon, I took my meal voucher and went to the first floor of Jingshi Building, which was also called Taste Xuan. In the past, because the door was locked, I thought I was in the wrong place. I pushed open the door and saw the waiter, only to know that the first floor written on the meal voucher was actually not a buffet, and the second was a round table banquet in the cubicle on the second floor. After I went to the second floor, a waiter asked me if I was a student or a teacher. I said it was a student, and then the waiter led me to room 996.
? After entering the room, I saw two tables inside, both of which set the tableware. The waiter said that the school reserved two tables. But we looked at all the staff, about eleven students, and it was a bit wasteful to open two tables. So everyone lined up at a table. I have a classmate, Liang, who, as a student of our school, consciously assumes the responsibility of being the host. In order to break the deadlock, let's introduce ourselves to each other first. During the mid-term, three doctoral students said that they would give a paper report in the afternoon. They were co-authored by three authors, one boy and two girls, all of whom were students of Guanghua School of Economics and Management of Peking University. Another boy, who is also a doctor, said that he also had a report this afternoon, and he came from the School of Economics and Management of Beijing Institute of Technology. Two others said that they also had to report in the afternoon, from the National Development Institute of Peking University. After listening to a few introductions, I realized that except my classmates and I are studying for a master's degree, all the other students are about to graduate from a doctor's degree, and many of them are in the third or fourth grade of a doctor's degree. In addition, the last few students introduced them, including those from Central University of Finance and Economics and Renmin University of China.
? At every position on the dining table, a chest cloth, fruit before meals, wet towels for wiping hands, spoons and chopsticks on the tableware rack, and a large round flat plate are placed. A small clip is placed on each dish. Because it may be due to hygiene and eating habits, everyone takes the clip and puts the food on his plate. Everyone ate slowly, didn't eat a few dishes for more than half an hour, and then before the staple food was finished, the students from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University got up and left, and soon other students who were going to give speeches in the afternoon also got up and left. ? Liang, my classmate at the same school, and I continued to eat for a while because there was no pressure to report, and packed some jiaozi, ready to take it to the classmates who had left in a hurry. .
? In the afternoon, it was still in the original conference room, but the reporter had already left. The presentation was more like a small class assignment exchange meeting, but these students came from different schools and studied different topics. In the afternoon, there was only one teacher commenting in a conference room, and there were about seven or eight students left. First, arrange the report of the expected articles published in the journal, which is also 2 minutes. After the speech, students from other schools specially made a PPT to comment on what is still lacking and can be improved. The problems pointed out are very direct, and very specific and clear. The person who has been "criticized" can't refute it on the spot, and may need to take notes silently and add and modify it later. An article will probably have two reviewers, from different angles, in order to have a deeper understanding of the criticized article. On the last page of each reviewer, PPT will say: I wish the paper published smoothly! This seems to be a practice of academic mutual evaluation.
? Because we seldom used mutual evaluation in class before, we only tried this way in Macroeconomics. Because it is in class, everyone is still willing to tell some truth and seek truth. If it is after class, this sharp criticism may be difficult for ordinary people to accept. The pursuit of academic truth is right or wrong. It is not based on human character, but on intelligence and theoretical correctness. In essence, it is a kind of scientific truth-seeking training. If you don't do academic research, it is difficult for ordinary people to force themselves to engage in such rigorous thinking, or to study the frontier achievements at home and abroad comprehensively in order to improve the correctness of the theory, and they are willing to accept all suggestions and criticisms that can improve the level of the article. I want to write academic articles, and to make some achievements, I must have these procedures and good habits.
The China Enterprise High-quality Academic Forum provides these future potential scholars of economics and management with a platform for communication and training opportunities, so that people can observe these imperfect states closely and move towards a more mature and perfect process. For me, it is a great windfall and gives me great inspiration.
