(4) Within 15 working days after receiving the Contact Letter on the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship, the first social insurance agency where the original basic endowment insurance relationship is located shall handle all the procedures for the transfer of the basic endowment insurance relationship. Including the basic old-age insurance relationship transfer information table to the social insurance agency of the insured's new employment place and the transfer of funds according to regulations.
