The Beijing branch and Chongqing branch shall be abolished, and the business management department of the head office and the Chongqing business management department of the head office shall perform the duties of the local central bank respectively.

The CBRC is mainly responsible for the supervision of commercial banks, policy banks, foreign banks, rural cooperative banks (credit cooperatives), trust and investment companies, finance companies, leasing companies and financial asset management companies. Taking the big banking industry as the caliber, the CBRC has established a supervision department and a supervision department.

CSRC and CIRC are responsible for the supervision of securities, futures, funds and insurance respectively; Corresponding supervision departments and offices have been set up internally, and the system of corresponding meetings and bureaus (provinces, municipalities and separate plans) has been established from top to bottom.
