The applicant must be a person who plans to enter the station in 222 or who has recently entered the station to engage in postdoctoral research, and at the same time, he should meet the following conditions:

1. Born after January 1, 199 (inclusive), with good scientific research potential and academic ethics.

2. returned doctors and foreign doctors are not allowed to declare.

3. Not selected for China Association for Science and Technology's Young Talents Support Program and Postdoctoral International Exchange Program (sending projects and introducing projects). If you have been selected into other national talent programs, you must indicate it in the application form.

4. Post-doctoral researchers who plan to enter the station: they must be full-time doctors who have obtained doctoral degrees within 3 years, and fresh doctoral graduates are preferred under the same conditions. The new doctoral graduates who plan to enter the station have met the basic requirements for doctoral thesis defense when applying, and have initially selected postdoctoral co-tutors and worked out preliminary research plans with the co-tutors.

5. Post-doctoral researchers who have recently entered the station: those who have entered the station after March 1, 221 (inclusive) and have not previously applied for the post-doctoral innovative talents support program or the special support of the China Post-doctoral Science Fund (before the station); The doctoral degree must be obtained after January 1, 221 (inclusive); Co-tutors shall not be changed.

6. The declared project belongs to natural science, and the classified project must be classified. Basic research is mainly oriented to basic science, cross theory and frontier fields such as artificial intelligence, quantum information, integrated circuits, life and health, brain science, biological breeding, aerospace science and technology, deep and deep sea; Applied research is mainly oriented to the new generation of information technology, biotechnology, new energy, new materials, high-end equipment, new energy vehicles, environmental protection, aerospace, marine equipment, digital economy and major engineering technologies in various fields, and * * * technologies.

7. The postdoctoral cooperative tutor should be a high-level expert with profound academic attainments, which can provide the applicant with a high-level scientific research platform. It is inclined to major national science and technology projects, national strategic science plans and scientific projects, national laboratories, and state key laboratories.

8. The selected person must transfer the personnel relationship to the post-doctoral station establishment unit when going through the entry formalities and ensure that he is engaged in post-doctoral research full-time.
