The first round is peer expert communication review (letter review): the project is assigned to relevant experts for network review through computer-aided system. Evaluation experts are usually small peers.
The evaluation experts judge the scientific value, influence, innovation and feasibility of the project, and give a judgment of "good" or "poor" degree, and then divide this judgment into four grades (corresponding to four scores of A, B, C and D).

The second round is conference review: the expert group will review the applied projects at the conference. Meeting evaluation is an important part of the two rounds of evaluation, mainly focusing on big peers.
Conference review is an independent judgment and evaluation of the scientific value, innovation, social impact and feasibility of the project research scheme, and the review results are produced by voting.
