He graduated from Beijing Normal University, obtained a master's degree from Yale University in the United States, studied for a doctorate from the School of Education of Harvard University, and served as a professor at Harvard University. Wang Jing's research fields include pedagogy, psychology, international curriculum design and study abroad planning.
