After the registration of the fund qualification examination, the annual inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the following provisions:

1. Employees of member institutions such as Public Offering of Fund managers, fund custodians and fund sales organizations, as well as registered private fund managers, have registered on the employee management platform and obtained the qualification certificates. If the certificate before June 65438+February 3 1 of this year is valid, the employee shall participate in the annual inspection.

According to the provisions of People's Republic of China (PRC) Securities Investment Fund Law, Measures for the Administration of Securities Investment Fund Sales and other laws and regulations, personnel engaged in fund publicity, sales promotion, consulting and other businesses shall have professional qualifications.

In order to improve the professional level and quality of fund practitioners, China Securities Association will hold the qualification examination for fund practitioners from September 2008. People usually refer to funds mainly as securities investment funds.

2. Qualification administrators of various institutions log on to the employee management platform to inquire about the list of personnel who need to participate in the annual inspection, organize and urge employees to complete follow-up training according to regulations, and submit annual inspection applications to those who meet the annual inspection requirements on the employee management platform.
