Basic education in my country includes early childhood education, primary education, and general secondary education.

Basic education implements a hierarchical management system that is mainly responsible for local governments under the macro guidance of the country. The National Ministry of Education is responsible for formulating regulations, guidelines, policies, overall development plans and basic academic systems related to basic education; establishing special funds to subsidize poverty-stricken areas, ethnic minority areas, and teacher education; and supervising and guiding the work of local education departments.
The provincial government is responsible for the implementation of basic education in the region, including formulating the basic education development plan and primary and secondary school teaching plans in the region, organizing the evaluation and acceptance of compulsory education in the region; establishing a system to subsidize poverty-stricken areas, Special funds for ethnic minority areas provide subsidies to areas that have difficulty with county-level financial education expenses.
County (city, district) level governments have the main responsibility in organizing the implementation of compulsory education, including overall planning and management of education funds, deployment and management of primary and secondary school principals and teachers, and guidance of primary and secondary education and teaching work.

Vocational education refers to education that enables educated people to acquire the professional knowledge, skills and professional ethics required for a certain occupation or productive labor.
Various vocational training such as pre-employment training for employees, re-employment training for laid-off workers, as well as various vocational high schools, technical secondary schools, technical schools and other vocational school education all belong to vocational education.
Vocational training
Vocational training is an education and training activity aimed at developing and improving workers’ vocational skills in accordance with the requirements of occupations or labor positions. It is non-academic short-term vocational education. There are various forms of vocational training. At present, vocational training in my country includes pre-employment training, job transfer training, apprenticeship training, on-the-job training, job transfer training and other vocational training. Vocational training can be divided into primary, intermediate and advanced vocational training according to the actual situation.
The basic conditions for establishing vocational schools are an important guarantee for ensuring the quality of vocational education. The Vocational Education Law stipulates that the establishment of a vocational school must meet the following basic conditions:
1. Have an organizational structure and charter. The organizational structure of a vocational school refers to the internal management organization of the vocational school, such as the decision-making agency, executive agency and supervisory agency, etc., which is a necessary guarantee for the operation of the vocational school. The charter of a vocational school refers to a self-regulatory document independently formulated by a vocational school to regulate the management and teaching activities of the vocational school. It is the basic basis for vocational schools to implement independent management. It generally includes the name of the school, the purpose of running the school, the policy of running the school, the internal management system, the system for faculty and students to participate in democratic management and supervision, the financial system, the personnel management system, the organizer, and the charter. Modify programs, etc.
2. Have qualified teachers. Teachers are professionals who perform educational and teaching duties. The quantity and quality of teachers are fundamental issues directly related to the scale and speed of development of vocational education and the quality of talent training. Teachers in vocational schools must have teaching qualifications established by law. In addition, the Vocational Education Law stipulates that vocational schools and vocational training institutions can hire technical personnel, personnel with special skills, and teachers from other educational institutions as part-time teachers.
3. Have teaching venues that meet the prescribed standards, facilities and equipment suitable for vocational education. To hold a vocational school, you must have corresponding school buildings, venues, teaching instruments, equipment, books and materials, etc. These are the hardware facilities for holding a vocational school. Since vocational schools mainly focus on cultivating students' production skills, they need facilities and equipment suitable for vocational education, such as experimental instruments, equipment, specimens, models, and internship bases such as factories, farms, and stores that correspond to majors.
4. Have the necessary school funds and stable funding sources. Funds for running schools can come from financial allocations, own funds, or can be raised through social donations and other channels. In short, a certain amount of start-up funds is required to run a vocational school. At the same time, in order to ensure the development of vocational schools, there must be a stable source of funding. Funding can be government allocations, enterprises, institutions or individuals can use their own funds, or they can accept social donations.
