1. There is one rural share certificate for each household. The shareholder who holds the equity of the village joint-stock economic cooperative and obtains the equity certificate issued by the village joint-stock economic cooperative is the shareholder of the joint-stock economic cooperative. The share certificate belongs to the certificate that farmers enjoy collective assets and benefits, and is usually issued on a household basis.

If the fund shares or stock rights are pledged, the pledge right shall be established at the time of pledge registration.

4. Members adopt rural residents who have settled in their villages according to law;

5. Rural residents whose policy immigrants have settled in their villages;

6. Active duty conscripts of the People's Liberation Army and Armed Police Force and junior noncommissioned officers who have moved out of their villages;

7. Full-time college and technical secondary school students whose household registration has moved out of the village;

8. Prisoners whose household registration has moved out of their village or been cancelled;

9. People who have agreed to enjoy the equity of collective assets have passed the voting procedure of the members' congress;
