Party A: Party B: Party A inadvertently caused heating leakage, which made Party B's house and cement floor wet. In order to solve the problem of water leakage compensation, Party A and Party B reached the following agreement through consultation:

1. Party A pays Party B RMB * * * in one lump sum to solve the geothermal energy problem caused by water leakage. During Party B's renovation in the spring of 2009, if it is true that the roof can't be scraped off due to running water, Party A shall compensate Party B for the extra expenses caused by this problem (* * Yuan). If there is no influence during the renovation, there is no need to compensate this * * yuan. At this point, the compensation is over.

2. Both parties agree that after Party A has fulfilled all the above payment obligations, Party B shall not demand compensation and compensation from Party A for any other reason. Party A has nothing to do with any future problems of the house.
