According to the website of Yiyang Municipal People's Government, Mr. Zhu Guangyao, a native of Yiyang, Hunan Province, is the general sponsor and the first president of Populus euphratica Education Foundation. Mr Zhu Guangyao devoted his life to the education in his hometown and the promotion of Huxiang culture.
