48 1 The reasons for hiding partitions are as follows:

Uefi is special, so the hard disk is not mbr format, but gpt. uefi+gpt will generate a uefi boot partition below 400m, that is, a partition of 400mb, which is very important. Uefi is also related to os file, uefi hardware driver, startup file, partition table and gpt structure system. The bootmgr startup file of win8 is in it. Never touch it (300MB

EFI system partition).

2. Also, since uefi only supports fat32, these hidden partitions are fat32 except 14.00GB, so non-fat32 cannot boot. Therefore, the boot file is not in the root directory of drive C, and the uefi boot partition is active. When the computer is turned on, the gpt should be read first, then the loader program of uefi partition should be started, then the pbr partition table should be read, then the win8 boot file should be read, and then the winload system reader program should be started to locate the file on the C drive, so that the computer can boot into win8.

There is also a partition of 14.00GB for storing the factory image, and the partition of 400MB and 397MB is the partition of the factory one-button restore tool and the partition of the windows recovery environment respectively.
