Who will pay for the road traffic relief fund?
Legal analysis: The social relief fund for road traffic accidents does not need to be repaid by the victims, but the relief fund management institution should claim compensation from the person responsible for motor vehicle road traffic accidents according to law. The relevant units, the victims or their heirs have the obligation to assist the relief fund management institution in making recovery. If the social relief fund for road traffic accidents advances the funeral expenses or part or all of the rescue expenses, the relief fund may recover from the responsible person.
