3. Fill in academic transcripts: provide academic transcripts issued by the applicant's department, including the applicant's GPA and comprehensive score ranking this year.

4. Fill in the resume: The resume should include the applicant's basic information, education, work experience and social practice experience, so that the evaluation committee can fully understand the applicant's situation.
