What is the level of China postdoctoral fund?
China postdoctoral fund was proposed by Li Zhengdao and approved by Deng Xiaoping. It is a national fund and a vertical discipline, but the management of the human resources department seems to be ministerial, but it is actually national. According to the fund management department, it belongs to the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Personnel, so it is considered a ministerial-level project; If it is named after the fund, it is the "China Postdoctoral Foundation", which is counted as a national project; 973 is managed by the Ministry of Science and Technology. According to this logic, it should also be a ministerial project. The support of China Postdoctoral Science Fund is a kind of research support.
