After the 1. project is funded, Party A and Party B respectively make the "Budget Table of National Natural Science Foundation Project Funds" and "Budget Table" according to their respective project funds, and allocate funds according to this budget plan.
2. In principle, the amount of indirect funds shall be calculated by multiplying the direct funds of both parties by the same proportion after deducting the purchase expenses of instruments and equipment, and the calculation proportion shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Funds.
3. The project funds will be allocated by stages. Within 30 days after the annual funds (including direct funds and indirect funds) issued by the Fund Committee arrive, Party A will allocate them to Party B in proportion.
It should be noted that the specific fund allocation scheme needs to be determined according to the agreement of cooperation agreement and the management mode of project funds.
