Collection Resources As of the end of 2017, the Ocean University of China Library has approximately 2.5 million volumes of paper books, newspapers and periodicals, more than 5 million volumes of Chinese and foreign e-books, and 303 databases. The library has outstanding traditional collections of marine and fishery disciplines of Ocean University of China.

Based on the resources, a physical marine library has been built, with more than 60,000 paper books in the collection, open to readers.

Cooperation and Exchange Ocean University of China has been accepting international students since 1960. As of 2017, there are 1,221 international students from 82 countries.

Students mainly come from South Korea, the United States, Russia, Pakistan, Zimbabwe, Germany, France, Japan, Indonesia, India and other countries.

There are 174 and 164 students in the two Sino-foreign cooperative education majors of Sino-US Law and Sino-Australian Marine Science respectively.
