In recent years, with the great attention and care of the Party and the government, the overall construction of the Advanced Buddhist College has made rapid progress.

-the reconstruction and repair project of Xihuang Temple was completely completed. Funded by Sun Hung Kai Property Kwok Foundation and approved by National Cultural Heritage Administration and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Cultural Relics, the reconstruction and renovation project of Xihuang Temple was officially started in September 26, and it took 23 months to complete. The renovation works include: rebuilding Huixiang Pavilion, East and West Zen Rooms, repairing courtyard buildings and quiet city towers, and reshaping the Buddha statue in the main hall. After the repair, the Xihuang Temple has a new look and reappears the historical style.

-Sunshine Building, a new school building, has been opened. The new school building project started in December 29 and was officially put into use in October 211, which lasted for 22 months. The appearance and exterior decoration of the new school building adopt the ethnic form of combining Chinese and Tibetan, and the internal design and construction adopt the modern architectural methods and technologies. After completion, the new school building provides a good working, learning and living environment for students and faculty, and lays a solid foundation for cultivating senior talents of Tibetan Buddhism.

-At present, the internal institutions of the College include: Academic Affairs Office, Student Affairs Office, Research Office, Office, General Affairs Office, Personnel Office, etc. The faculty and staff are constantly growing and the construction of the College itself is constantly being strengthened. With the needs of the situation and the increase of work tasks, the college will gradually expand the scale of running a school to further meet the needs of cultivating senior talents of Tibetan Buddhism.

-All the staff and workers are working hard to cultivate a backbone team of Tibetan Buddhism that is politically reliable, knowledgeable and morally convincing according to the requirements put forward by the Central Committee, so as to cultivate more outstanding talents who are patriotic, law-abiding, abiding by precepts and benefiting the people, and to strengthen the patriotic and progressive forces of Tibetan Buddhism, and to build the Senior Buddhist College of Tibetan Language Department in China into a senior Tibetan Buddhist talent.
