On the basis of the construction of science and technology assistance stations, the Spring Rain Project has established an interactive network of science and technology education popularization, science and technology exchange and cooperation and science and technology assistance through the discipline professional committee of China International Science Exchange Foundation, so that primary and secondary schools in backward areas can gradually implement the informationization plan of science and technology assistance and reduce the emergence of "new illiteracy" in the information age.
