(1) Having full capacity for civil conduct;

(2) At least 18 years old as of the date of registration;

(3) Having a high school education or above;

(4) Other conditions stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The application for the fund qualification examination shall be made online, through the examination registration channel provided by the "Employee Management" section of the website of China Asset Management Association (www.amac.org.cn), or directly by logging in to the registration website (10080).

Examination subjects of fund qualification examination:

Subject 1: fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms;

Subject 2: Basic knowledge of securities investment funds;

Subject 3: Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds.

The examination time for a single subject is 120 minutes, and candidates can choose reference subjects according to their needs.
