Unemployment insurance refers to a system that is enforced by the state through legislation, and the employers, employees' individual contributions and state financial subsidies jointly raise funds to establish an unemployment insurance fund to provide material help to workers who have temporarily suspended their lives due to unemployment, to ensure their basic livelihood, and to create conditions for their re-employment through vocational training and employment introduction.
In the unemployment insurance, Medicaid is the subsidy received by the unemployment insurance agency when the unemployed get sick and seek medical treatment. The standards are determined by the people's governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and generally include two parts: outpatient expenses paid together with unemployment insurance benefits and medical expenses reimbursed according to the prescribed proportion; If an unemployed person dies during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, his family members may receive a one-time funeral subsidy and pension with reference to the provisions of local workers; Vocational training and job introduction subsidies are paid from the unemployment insurance fund to encourage and help the unemployed find jobs as soon as possible. Generally speaking, job introduction subsidies are paid to job introduction agencies, which introduce jobs for the unemployed free of charge, while vocational training subsidies are paid in different ways, some are paid directly to the unemployed, some are reimbursed after training, and some are subsidized to training institutions that train the unemployed.
