Chapter II Equipment Planning, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning

Article 8: The company's equipment shall be managed at three levels: company, production unit and team, and all user departments must strictly implement the relevant regulations on equipment management. The right to purchase, transfer, lease and overhaul the equipment belongs to the equipment management department of the company. Units and individuals who call or rent equipment without the approval of the competent leadership and the competent equipment department will be given economic penalties according to the seriousness of the case.
Ninth equipment users must establish and improve the operation, use and maintenance procedures and post responsibility system, ensure the rational use of equipment, ensure safe operation, and strictly implement the system of personnel, machines and certificates. Article 14: The overhaul plan of mechanical and electrical equipment shall be prepared by the competent department of equipment of the company, and implemented by the competent department of mechanical and electrical equipment (self-repair or outsourcing) after being audited by the company and approved by Tiemei Group. The user is responsible for the installation and debugging of the equipment after overhaul.

5. Others should be eliminated.
Article 23: The company must abide by the relevant provisions of the state when leasing, transferring or scrapping equipment, and the proceeds from leasing, transferring or scrapping must be used for the renovation of equipment and shall not be used for other purposes.
Basic work of equipment management
Article 24 The competent equipment department of the company shall establish and improve the system of equipment acceptance and handover, file management and assessment.
Article 25: The equipment manager company shall timely and accurately submit various statistical reports on equipment management to the superior or relevant departments.
Twenty-sixth production units and departments should set up full-time (part-time) equipment manager, carefully fill in equipment files, maintenance records and equipment lubrication cards, and submit various reports to the competent department of equipment in a timely and accurate manner.
Article 27: All production units and departments must report equipment accidents to the company leaders, the competent equipment department and the safety supervision department within 2 hours. The accident unit shall protect the site and make records. The competent department of equipment and the safety supervision department shall organize relevant personnel to analyze the accident, find out the reasons, take measures, write an accident analysis report and submit it to the competent leader of the company. Anyone who conceals the responsibility for the accident or causes a major accident will be held accountable.
