China Asset Management Association was established on June 6, 20 12. It was established in the State Council with the approval of the Ministry of Civil Affairs in accordance with the People's Republic of China (PRC) Securities Investment Fund Law and the Regulations on the Registration and Administration of Social Organizations. It is a self-regulatory organization of the securities investment fund industry, and accepts the business guidance, supervision and management of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
