The Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Private Investment Funds was deliberated and adopted at the 5th Chairman's Office Meeting of China Securities Regulatory Commission on June 30th, 20th14th, and was promulgated on August 20th, 20th14th, and shall come into force on August 30th, 20th14th.
