Article 2 The term "evaluation experts" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the scientific and technical personnel hired by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (hereinafter referred to as the Fund Committee) to exercise the evaluation right and put forward the evaluation opinions in the process of project communication evaluation or meeting evaluation.

Article 3 These Measures shall apply to the hiring of bid evaluation experts, the management, supervision and guarantee of bid evaluation activities and other related management activities.
