Western Mining Co., Ltd., headquartered in Xining City, Qinghai Province, and Shanghai Liuli Workshop Liuli Art Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement with the China Western Talent Development Foundation on the 24th, donating 5 million yuan and 2 million yuan to the foundation respectively.

Established in September 2006, China Western Talent Development Foundation is a national public offering foundation under the National School of Administration.
