1. Children who meet the rescue conditions can receive the Application Form for Aiding Morning Star-Orphan, Disabled and Poor Children's Multi-disease Medical Assistance Project from the project leader of Aiyou Cooperative Designated Hospital, and fill in and prepare corresponding materials as required;

2. The family members of the children will submit the complete application materials to the project director of the hospital;

3. After the information is submitted, it will be examined and approved by Aiyou Charity Foundation, and the examination and approval result will be informed by the hospital project leader;

4. The hospital will automatically reduce or exempt the approved children when they leave the hospital.
