Measures for the Supervision and Administration of the Use of Medical Insurance Funds in Bijie City

Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 In order to strengthen the supervision and administration of medical insurance funds, ensure the safety of funds, improve the efficiency of fund use and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of citizens in medical insurance, according to the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of the Use of Medical Insurance Funds and other related regulations.

Article 5 Departments of medical security, health and hygiene, market supervision and management, public security and finance of cities and counties (autonomous counties, cities and districts) shall, within the scope of their respective duties, cooperate and cooperate with each other, establish mechanisms such as communication and coordination, and transfer cases, and do a good job in the supervision and management of the use of medical security funds. Other departments shall do relevant work within their respective responsibilities. The health department is responsible for the supervision and management of medical institutions and medical service industries, and regulates the medical service behavior of medical institutions and their medical personnel. The market supervision and management department is responsible for the price supervision and management of the medical and health industry, and regulates the drug trading behavior. The financial department is responsible for standardizing the budget and final accounts of the medical security fund, accounting for special financial accounts, timely allocating the medical security fund, and strictly prohibiting misappropriation and diversion of the medical security fund. The public security organs are responsible for investigating and dealing with all kinds of illegal and criminal acts such as fraud and insurance fraud.
