Seventh volunteers can register their identity information, service skills, service hours, contact information and other personal basic information. Through the voluntary service information system designated by the civil affairs department of the State Council, or through voluntary service organizations. The basic personal information provided by volunteers should be true, accurate and complete.
Eighth voluntary service organizations can take the form of social organizations, social service institutions, foundations and other organizations.
