Beijing’s current electricity tariffs, Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3, divide the electricity fee charging standards into three grades, which is a stepped electricity tariff.

The first level is the base electricity, which is 1-240 kilowatt-hours of electricity per month. The voltage level is 0.4883 yuan per kilowatt hour for less than 1,000 volts, and 0.4783 yuan per kilowatt hour for electricity of 1,000 volts and above.

The second level of electricity is higher, between 240 kWh and 400 kWh. The electricity price is 0.5383 yuan per kilowatt hour for electricity with a voltage level of less than 1,000 volts, and 0.5283 yuan per kilowatt hour for electricity with a voltage level of 1,000 volts and above.

The third level has more electricity. For electricity above 400 kilowatt-hours, the price is 0.7883 yuan per kilowatt-hour for electricity with a voltage level less than 1,000 volts, and 0.7783 yuan per kilowatt-hour for electricity with a voltage level of 1,000 volts and above.

, Residential electricity consumption includes a renewable energy price surcharge of 0.1 points, and general industrial, commercial and large industrial electricity consumption includes a renewable energy price surcharge of 1.9 points.

Electricity users participating in market-based electricity transactions will collect government funds and additional standards on the basis of the transmission and distribution price: 0.52 points for the national major water conservancy project construction fund; 0.62 points for the later stage support fund for large and medium-sized reservoirs; and 1.9 points for the renewable energy electricity price.

2. For electricity for agricultural drainage and irrigation, and electricity for disaster relief, the electricity prices for the categories listed in the table will be reduced by 2 points.

3. Peak and valley electricity price periods are divided into: peak hours (10:00-15:00; 18:00-21:00), flat periods (7:00-10:00; 15:00-18:00; 21:00)

00-23:00), low period (23:00-7:00); summer peak period (July-August 11:00-13:00 and 16:00-17:00).

4. According to the relevant national requirements, directly report to the power grid operating enterprise the power consumption of the commercial centralized charging and swapping facilities that are connected to the power supply, and implement the large industrial electricity price (the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone implements the industrial electricity price of 100 kilowatts and above);

If the voltage level is less than 1 kV, the price will be based on 1-10 kV.
