The guardian of the successful applicant has the responsibility and obligation to provide the necessary text, photos, images and other materials to cooperate with the fund publicity.

The Guardian has the responsibility and obligation to cooperate with the relevant publicity and interview activities of the Red Cross and the Little Angel Fund Office at all levels.
