Persons who have passed Subject 1, Subject 2 or Subject 1, Subject 3 of the Fund Qualification Examination may apply for registration of fund qualification through their units within 4 years. Individuals have no right to apply, and candidates need to submit their personal data to the person in charge of the unit in time, and the unit will handle the registration of the fund qualification certificate in a unified manner.

Procedures for applying for fund qualification certificate

(1) An individual applies to an enterprise.

According to the relevant regulations, the qualification certificate of the fund industry needs to be registered with the fund industry association by the enterprise where the individual works. Under normal circumstances, individuals cannot apply.

(2) Enterprises apply to China Fund Industry Association.

After the application submitted by the individual is approved by the enterprise, the enterprise needs to log on to the website of the association to submit the application. Go to the website of China Asset Management Association-employee management platform, log in with the company's own management account, and submit the application according to the process.

(three) publicity fund qualification certificate application results.

After the enterprise application process is submitted, the fund industry association will review and accept the application, and the results will be published in official website after the approval. Candidates can check in official website-Employee Management-Qualification Platform-Fund Industry Association Employee Management Information and Fund Employee Registration Application.

(4) Printing the qualification certificate of the fund.

After the examination and approval by the association, the candidates have obtained the qualification certificate of fund industry, but they need to go to the website of fund industry association-employee management-qualification platform and click on the employee management system to print it. The association will not issue it separately.
