1. Selection scope: Ulanhu Scholarship is used to reward students who study full-time in the third year of undergraduate course (including the third year) and have excellent academic performance. In the award-winning year, no large scholarships such as national scholarships have been won, and each student can only get a scholarship once during his school years.

1. support the party's line, principles and policies, have ideals and ambitions, love the motherland and the school, and have a strong sense of social responsibility;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws, abide by the rules and regulations of the school, and have not been informed criticism or disciplined by the school in the last year;
3. Excellent ideological and moral character, honesty and trustworthiness, solidarity with classmates, helpfulness, and active participation in collective activities and public welfare activities;
4. Physical and mental health, with sports scores reaching the "Students' Physical Health Standards";
5. Good living habits, two semesters of personal dormitory hygiene in the last school year reached the comprehensive evaluation of the college.
6. The academic performance and comprehensive evaluation results of each semester in the last school year were ranked at the top of the class 10% (including 10%), and there were no failed courses. Or students whose academic performance ranking and comprehensive evaluation score are not in the top 10%, but reach the top 30% (including 30%), such as outstanding performance in moral character, academic research, academic competition, innovation and invention.
