Southern fund is looking for 7 positions, each position 1 person. I applied for the brand, and many people applied for the brand. There are about 400 resumes and brands.
The first round is written test, with more than 300 written tests for 7 positions.
The written test takes 50 minutes and 80 lines. I feel that time is ok, I am not very nervous, except for the series, everything is very simple. Many people say that there is not enough time, which I think is ok. Simple. Step aside.
On the one hand, we have contacted more than 100 people, including about 60 brand positions, most of whom are graduate students of Peking University, accounting for about 60%.
On the one hand, chatting with my sister hr, basically some simple questions, asking about your experience, briefly describing your own development process, how many people in your family each have a few acres of land, how many cows there are at home, and so on. Everyone has different time, and I met for about 20 minutes. The elder sister hr will write something on the paper while asking, which seems to be your personality characteristics. I mainly emphasized what I did, my interest in this brand, my good grades in school and so on.
Then it enters the final surface.
I didn't expect to become a group P when I reached the final brand position. I am bored to death. For the other six positions, basically only one person is selected among several people. Brand status has always been super competitive, and I regret it. I voted for this final brand position and met 12 people, including the department manager and another pp senior 2 VS 1. Because of the fierce competition in brand posts, I didn't expect to arrive at last.
Strangely, the xdjm people in front of me continue to ask nice and simple questions, such as how they met their girlfriends, what personality characteristics they have, whether they feel extroverted or introverted, and whether they want to do sales or marketing.
When it comes to me, it's more like asking professional questions. If you are the brand planner of our company, how do you design our company's brand, how to carry out your work, what do you think is necessary to design a good brand, how do you think the brand promotion of southern fund and other fund companies should be differentiated, and how to do media public relations. It puzzled me, but I talked about it at length. As a result, the manager of that department kept saying, I don't think you answered my question. Okay, I know I must have hung up when I heard this.
In this way, it ends at the end. I don't know if there is any reference.
