Beijing university of chemical technology is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC), a world-class discipline construction university, a 985 engineering advantage discipline innovation platform, 2 1 1 engineering university, a university jointly established by the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and the Ministry of Education, a member of the Beijing Hi-Tech University Alliance, and a scholarship institution for international students in China.
