1. Cover of application: Leave blank the fields of registration number and project number.

2. Item category: fill in the corresponding text content according to the item category of the data code table, and leave the code blank. Project categories are divided into key, general, youth, general optional and youth optional. A common problem is to write self-selection as a general project or a youth project.

3. Subject classification: fill in one of the 23 subject names in the subject guide. Don't add research direction at the back, don't fill in two disciplines, and don't make up the names of disciplines that are not in the code table. Interdisciplinary project declaration should be as close as possible to the principle of subject selection.

4. Project leader: The name must be my standard name, not my pen name.

5. The unit in charge of work: the specific department need not be filled in, just fill in Shanghai Normal University. There is no need to write to the department.

6. Date of filling in the form: it should be the same as the date of filling in the form on page 2 of the application form.
