Legal analysis: Science fund managers and applicants of host institutions can log in to the Science Fund Network Information System after September 18 to check the review results of relevant application projects. The Natural Science Foundation of China will send a paper project funding result notification to the relevant host institution, together with a list of funded projects and a list of projects that will not be funded; it will also send the applicant a project approval notice and a funding disapproval notice by email. Legal basis: The "National Natural Science Foundation of China Project Review Management Measures" stipulates that if the applicant has objections to the decision not to grant funding, he or she may submit a review application to the Natural Science Foundation of China for project review.
