According to the relevant provisions of the state on the annual examination of labor security and the annual examination of Social Insurance Registration Certificate for employers, the municipal enterprises, private non-enterprise units, foreign units stationed in Guangzhou, private enterprises, individual economic organizations, administrative organs, institutions (including financial allocations) and social organizations registered in the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce all need to conduct annual examination in this bureau.

III. Procedure (process) of annual review of labor security

1. The employer receives the annual review data (the online annual review unit may not receive the Manual of Annual Review of Labor Security), actively conducts self-correction and self-inspection, and provides the information on its compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations as required;

2. The employer sends the completed Manual of Annual Review of Labor Security, the annual report form of social insurance and the above materials to the annual review window set up by our bureau for annual review; Review the Manual on Annual Examination of Labor Security and the Social Insurance Registration Certificate;

3. Those who pass the annual examination of labor security will be issued with the Registration Certificate of Annual Examination of Labor. If the declared materials do not meet the requirements, all materials will be returned.

IV. Charging standard

According to the Reply of the Provincial Price Bureau on Charging the Annual Examination License Fee (YJH [1999] No.159), all employers should pay the annual examination license fee to each household in 5 yuan with the payment notice issued by our bureau before receiving the annual examination manual and registration certificate.
